安装wps，出现ungib.exe和geogrib.exe，没有metgrib.exe

netcdf和wps一样用的ifort，编译的错误很长，大概如下：

scan_input.f90(16): error #7012: The module file cannot be read.  Its format requires a more recent F90 compiler.   [NETCDF]
