求： 在西藏运行WRF 的文献 和 建议

WRF 在青藏高原运行，尤其在西藏自治区范围内用WRF进行气象要素的预报时对应的WRF参数配置实在不明白， 我自己没找到什么有用的文献，看的一些文章当中也没有具体参数设置的方案。只是有一些结论的分析，过程一般都看不到。大家有一些比较好的材料可否在此分享， 包括WRF 在山地、高海拔、复杂地面等方面运行时对应的参数调整的分析，本人感激不尽，谢谢！

谢谢分享！ 我比较关心的是西藏的各种气象元素的短期预报， 为此希望能够借鉴一些比较成熟的WRF参数方案，因为我本人不是气象专业。
