WRF 修复了对 WPS 读取 NCEP NAM Grib2文件的支持

Beginning the week of 20 March 2017, the packaging of NCEP NAM Grib2 files was changed.  This resulted in a problem that caused the WPS system to read-in the height field incorrectly.  To resolve this issue, we implemented a modification to one of the files in the ungrib program.  This fix is ONLY for users who are having trouble reading NCEP NAM Grib2 files.  For more information regarding the fix and how to download the necessary corrected file, please see:  http://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/wpsv3.8/known-prob-3.8.1.html <http://www2.mmm.ucar.edu/wrf/users/wpsv3.8/known-prob-3.8.1.html>

Note:  The above web address links to the Version 3.8.1 WPS Known Problems page; however, the problem file has never been modified since the beginning of WPS, and therefore should be applicable to any version of the code.
