./convert_emiss.exe时出问题了

各位好，我用的是global_emiss全球源，用prep_source_src生成三个bin文件连接到wrf中，每次运行./convert_emiss.exe时都出现下面的问题，请问是不是编译器的问题呢？

    READ GOCART BACKGROUND DATA
PGFIO/stdio: No such file or directory
PGFIO-F-/unformatted read/unit=19/error code returned by host stdio - 2.
File name = wrf_gocart_backg    unformatted, sequential access   record = 1
In source file convert_emiss.f90, at line number 233



我怀疑PGFIO/stdio: No such file or directory这句是不是因为编译器有问题才出现的，因为wrf_gocart_backg明明存在的
