请问这是将观测数据转换成little_r格式的程序吗还是将little_r格式转换为其他格式呢？楼主提供的页面好像已经打不开了哦

手册上的内容太多了，而且有些让人产生困扰。

这个错误说的当要求use_theta_m=1时，不能有旧的输入数据。
我使用的测试数据是3.9版本的，按照错误提示在time control 加入了force_use_old_data=T,
但是又在运行4DVAR时，出现上面的错误，求大神指点呀！
