The services listed above are provided for National Meteorological Services, and are intended to support international cooperation.
You need to register for using this services. "http://www.wis-jma.go.jp/cms/about-wis/registration/"
Under current policy, we can accept registration request only through National Meteorological or Hydrological Services.
Please contact weather service agency of your country's government about WMO Information System (WIS) procedure.
For your information, we can introduce Japan Meteorological Business Support Center (JMBSC "http://www.jmbsc.or.jp/english/index-e.pdf") to get data files.
