[NCL]title(ti)源

顾名思义，title源是用来设置各字符串标题的属性的。
通过NCL官网给出的title详细源信息可以看出，总共可分为三类，即 Main, XAxis, YAxis。（其实算是两类，一个是图的主标题，一个是坐标轴字符串，坐标轴字符串又分为X和Y轴）
Main 和 Axis 两类拥有相同的子源属性。
AngleF 用于控制字符串的旋转角度
ConstantSpacingF 设置字符间距
Direction 控制文本方向 (Down 或 Across)
Font 设置字体
AspectF
Color
HeightF
Quality
ThicknessF
FuncCode 用于界定不同符号的字符。默认是 ~
Just 设置参考点
On 控制文本开关
OffsetXF/OffsetYF 偏移值
Position 字符串位置 (Left Center Right)
Side 位于参考点Top, Bottom
String 字符串内容
