之前视频里的最新netcdf还是会不稳定报错，目前用以下版本运行RegCM4.7.1暂时稳定
zlib-1.2.8
hdf-1.8.13
netcdf-c-4.3.2
netcdf-fortran -4.4.0  参考RegESM的安装所用版本
