下载ERA5资料的网址这两天是不是变了啊，上周还能用，今天进去怎么就提醒无法下载（自动回复：请不要使用迅雷等下载工具，点我查看下载帮助）数据了？

Dear Climate Data Store user,
This is a reminder that the move of the Climate Data Store (CDS) and Atmosphere Data Store (ADS) to ECMWF's new data centre in Bologna, Italy is still planned to go ahead on Wednesday 23 March 2022.
On Wednesday 23 March 2022, the CDS will be shut-down and therefore totally unavailable for up to 1 day. Access will be re-established as soon as action is completed throughout the day.
ALL CDS datasets, applications, CDS Toolbox and any other services linked to the CDS will be affected.
Further updates will be posted on this page . You are strongly encouraged to “watch” this announcement page to receive email notifications of any future updates.
Thank you for your patience and support whilst we carry out this significant migration to our new data centre in Bologna.
