ndown.exe时两个域开始的时间必须一致吗

一共进行三层嵌套，其中d01是从2018.9.13 0点开始，d02、d03从2018.9.15 18点开始，按照用户手册的步骤，在第一次运行ndown.exe的时候出现了报错 ，以下是我的namelist.input:

按照报错文件的提示应该需要同统一d01和d02的开始时间，所以想问问各位大佬ndown.exe必须两个域的开始时间相同吗，我看用户手册好像也没提这个事，看了大家的案例开始时间都是一致的

最后是在namelist里将d01的开始时间改成了2018.9.15 18点，能跑通了，但是还是不太理解。。。
