关于wrf向内插值获得初始场的问题

现有的wrfout都是从某日00时开始的，现在想插值得到07时的初始场跑更高分辨率的预报，该如何操作呢。
我目前尝试了通过ndown.exe获得初始场和边界条件，但是报错如下：
