简单看了一些，感觉是你在安装WRF时，选择的编译平台除了点问题，“nesting requires either an MPI build or use of the -DSTUBMPI option“，错误提示的意思就是如果你需要运行嵌套方式时，需要的运行平台是MPI并行计算方式或分布计算方式。建议你重新安装一下WRF，并选择MPA或DSTUBMPI（分布MPI）选项，或许能解决你的问题。
