关于T639的数据解码问题

对T639数据（见附件）解码后，可以生成CTL和idx文件，其中CTL文件中的产品主要有如下23种：

问题：在用GRADS 画图时，对于红色字体标注的产品都为3个层次（500、700、850），但画图的时候只能画出850hPa的，500和700hPa的画不出，不知道具体原因何在，请高手赐教！谢谢
