REGCM4.1 Test simulation 出错

ps:netcdf4.1.2和4.1.3都试过，均无法解决。对netcdf进行测试，发现nc-config 命令可用，且ncdump可打开nc文件，怀疑还是netcdf安装问题，但不知如何解决，求帮助！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！~~~~~~~~~~~~~~


I try to run the RegCM4.1 model but stopped at the step of “test
simulation”. I wanted to create the DOMAIN file using terrain, and got
errors

>./Bin/terrain test_001.in

error as followed:

Determined Grid coordinate range

Opening $REGCM_GLOBEDAT/SURFACE/GTOPO_DEM_30s.nc

NetCDF library error.

No such file or directory

GTOPO_DEM_30s.nc

我猜测是现在有两个GTOPO_DEM_30s.nc文件，一个是原来的文件（RegCM4.0用的），另一个是新的（带压缩的），需要安装支持HDF5的netcdf-4才能去读。

我估计你的文件是前一种的，但新版本RegCM是要读后一种的。

这两个文件可以相互转换（RegCNET上有回答）。
