ECMWF下载 求助大神们

收到一封这样的邮件
然后就去新的下载地址了，为什么不能注册？找到一个可以注册的ECMWF主页上的login，但是写的意思貌似是不同的用户需要交钱的标准哈。。

有没有办法破啊？我之前一直在下载再分析的资料。。。
