fnl数据批量下载出错,求指导

用的是cywin运行csh脚本下载，下载过程中
报错：Try `wget --help' for more options.
wget -N --load-cookies auth.rda_ucar_edu http://rda.ucar.edu/data/ds083.2/grib2/2014/2014.05/fnl_20140528_12_00.grib2...
wget: missing URL
Usage: wget [OPTION]... ...

换到fedora下面下载也是同样的错误，还请批量下载过资料的大神指点一下啊..
