最近要仿照某篇paper做空间滤波，作者的方法具体描述如下：
"We applied a loess spatial high-pass filter with half-power pionts at 30 deg longitude and 10 deg latitude to the SST. The half-power filter cutoff wavenumbers of this filter are analogous to those of 18°×6° block averages."
求大神指点一下怎么在matlab 中实现！！我不太理解“with half-power pionts at 30 deg longitude and 10 deg latitude to the SST”
