需要下载月平均的资料，但是有一些
Monthly Mean (4 per day) of 6-hour Forecasts
Monthly Mean (4 per day) of 5-hour Forecasts
Monthly Mean (4 per day) of 4-hour Forecasts
等等
Monthly Mean (4 per day) of 1-hour Forecasts
不大明白其中的意思
或者说是不是选择
Monthly Mean (4 per day) of 6-hour Forecasts
是最佳的呢？
