线性趋势后变化范围怎么算

IPCC报告里时间序列线性趋势后通常加90%信度的变化范围，请问这个变化范围是怎么算？

我觉得求trend就是求回归系数嘛，回归系数是需要检验的，90%的可信度的置信区间可能就是这个范围了

IPCC报告里说某一个时间序列趋势，后面通常有个变化范围（例子附后），这个范围是如何计算的？

就是统计检验的置信区间。
