门外汉需要计算dilution rate，从文献中看到的方法是用混合层平均风速乘以混合层的高度，“The average wind speed over the mixed layer was calculated using a power-law wind veocity profile.”混合层高度是从ECMWF网站上下载的预报值，风速有好多level(如下图所示)用这些数据可以算混合层平均风速么？经向风速和纬向风速怎么得到水平方向的风速？
或者有别的数据和方法可以算dilution rate?求指教，Orz……
