下资料时access denied，联系了那边dssweb@ucar.edu，那边说I did find that all IP address from "123.126.50…" are being blocked.  This is because something called "Sogou web spider" is trying to download the entire contents of our web site over and over.  Until whoever is doing that stops, I cannot unblock those IP addresses.

网上搜了下这个ip段是教育网ip段，搜狗搜索引擎的那个抓取的spider应该是试着先下载人家网上的东西然后提供教育网加速功能，导致教育网ip段全部被封，于是我就把全网加速给关了，现在可以下载了。是在搜狗高速浏览器选项里改的。

其他问题发邮件问问那边，回复挺快的。
