求助SMOKE的测试数据运行问题

请问各位大佬，我下载了4.6的SMOKE，按照手册的步骤去运行测试数据，也就是先source了assigns文件，然后去scripts/run下面运行smk_area_nctox.csh ，结果提示我        You will need to enter the logical names for the input and
     output files (and to have set them prior to program start,
     using "setenv <logicalname> <pathname>").
但是我看了assign文件和smk_area_nctox.csh文件，里面把路径都定义好了的，请问是哪里出了问题呢？SMK_HOME,INVDIR，GE_DAT也都是定义了的。
是不是它没有找到我的IOAPI和netCDF库？我没看到SMK是在哪里指定库的路径的。

还是说这样子就可以了？我看了一下运行日志，并没有报error

smoke在install之后，还需要compiling，也就是手册12.4，在这部分需要对ioapi进行软连接，并编译smoke。
