在运行wrf-chem中./convert_emiss.exe过程中不能生成wrfemi_文件

rsl.error.00000中的错误提示为：

PGFIO-F-219/unformatted read/unit=91/attempt to read/write past end of record.
File name = wrfem_00to12z_d01    unformatted, sequential access   record = 34
In source file convert_emiss.f90, at line number 1081

去查看了convert_emiss.f90文件的第1081行，是关于读取eci的语句，但前面no、voc等读取没有问题的话，按道理来讲不应该读取eci时才出错。

修改分辨率、时间步长、物理化参数等尝试过多次都未成功
