求助，addfile函数报错，Could not create xxxx.nc

我现在需要创建一个空的.nc文件来往里写数据，按照教程这样写：

1. outputFilePath = outputPath  + dataFileName +".nc"
   
2.         print(outputFilePath)
   
3.         if(isfilepresent(outputFilePath))then
   
4.             system("/bin/rm " + outputFilePath)
   
5.         end if
   
6.         fout = addfile(outputFilePath,"c")

其中outputFilePath print出来是：
/home/xxxxx/xxxxx/xxxxx/xxxxxx/xxxxx/u850/xxxxx/rain_xxxxx.nc，敏感信息我用x码掉了
但是最后报错Could not create xxxx.nc，现在也没排查出原因，请各位大神赐教！

这个我知道，原因是xxxxxxxx的.nc文件xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
