使用ncl将原始nc文件的数据更改并提取出来

b = addfile("new_met_em.d01.2016-10-06_00:00:00.nc", "c")

b->PRES = new_PRES

作用将原始文件的数据提取出来，赋值给参数PRES，将PRES中的数据与一对比，将大于1的数据全部换为1，存在new_PRES中。最后将new_PRES存在新创建的文件中。
