gsVIEW用着用着不能用了，无法打开PS格式的文件。没办法看IDL画的图

以前可以用的，但是突然就出现了以下问题，无法打开PS格式的文件了。而且卸载重启之后，包括换了很多版本都会出现同样的提示，这是为什么，求帮助
