垂直风切变的方向问题

有关垂直风切变的方向问题，看的英文是这样解释的：

It's a little more complicated when the two directions are different, involvingsome

trigonometry to work out the the shear vector. A fairly simpleexample of this

would be a 1000foot wind from the west at 10 mph and a surface wind from the

south at 10 mph. In this case, the shear vector would befrom the northwest at 14.1

mph, so that upshear would betoward the northwest and vice versa.

简单的说：顺切变（downshear)就是200hPa垂直风切变矢量减去850hPa垂直风切变矢量。

问题是我用的资料是FNL 1°x1°，有的时次台风中心会在半网格上，这时的方向要怎么确定?

如下图。第一个图是200hPa.第二个850hPa.这时次台风中心在112.4E,19.5N.

风的垂直切变又称垂直风切变，风的垂直方向上的变化，通常为850hPa和200hPa风速之差。
风的垂直切变公式为：s=sqrt((u2-u8)**2+(v2-v8)**2).其中u200和u850分别表示200hPa和850hPa等压面上的纬向风速；v200和v850分别表示200hPa和850hPa等压面上的经向风速。

请问，你的问题解决了吗？如何确定？是200hpa上圆环内的区域平均的u，v和850hpa圆环内区域平均的u，v分别相减，然后做矢量运算吗？
