北京区划边界为何是错的？

各位大侠，我在进行WPS的geogrid这一步时生成了中国的ncl底图，但是从下图可以看出，北京的区划边界是不对的，左边应该是凹进去的啊。我就是将原来的plotgrids_new.ncl文件里添加了mpres@mpDataSetName               = "Earth..4" ，然后生成的底图。不知道大家有没有遇到过这种底图错误的问题，怎么解决啊？下面附上了我的相关代码。请高手指点！
