Welcome to the WMO DDBs (Distributed Data Bases) server managed by Japan Meteorological Agency (JMA)
This server is established under the concept of WMO DDBs to provide access to data that are needed by WMO and related international programs, but are not routinely exchanged on the GTS. (Information for FTP users is presented in "pub/Readme.directory")

The information file for each data file are also included in the same directory. (b) DATA The copy directory from above "jp034". But this directory includes only data files. (without information file) (c) Climate Atm Monthly/Pentad Global Analysis products. The Global Analysis Products are the data for atmospheric circulation fields. The data for atmospheric circulation fields are derived from the daily operational global objective analysis of the Numerical Prediction Division, JMA. This directory includes sub-directories for this data and "Readme.ATM". Further information of these data sets are described in "/pub/Climate/Atm/Readme.ATM". ElNino El Nino Monitoring Sea Surface Temperature (SST) Indices This directory includes sub-directories for this data and "Readme.ELN". Further information of these data sets are described in "/pub/Climate/ElNino/index/Readme.ELN". Gms Monthly/Pentad GMS products. The GMS Products are the observational data by GMS(HIMAWARI). The data for high-cloud amount are derived from 3-hourly IR data of GMS(HIMAWARI) by Meteorological Satellite Center, JMA. This directory includes sub-directories for this data and "Readme.GMS". Further information of these data sets are described in "/pub/Climate/Gms/Readme.GMS". Index ENSO Monitoring Indices Tables (historical data). This directory includes sub-directories for this data and "Readme.IND". Further information of these data sets are described in "/pub/Climate/Index/Readme.IND". Precipitation Global Monthly Precipitation Ratio (GMPR). This directory includes sub-directories for GMPR data and "Readme.PRC". Further information of these data sets are described in "/pub/Climate/Precipitation/Readme.PRC". SST New version of Monthly mean analyzed Sea Surface Temperatures (SST) from January 1891 to the latest month. This directory includes sub-directories for SST data and "Readme.SST". Further information of these data sets are described in "/pub/Climate/SST/Readme.SST". SeaSurfaceTemp Monthly mean analyzed sea surface temperatures (SST) of January 1946 - latest month. This directory includes sub-directories for SST data and "Readme.SST". Further information of these data sets are described in "/pub/Climate/SeaSurfaceTemp/Readme.SST". Temperature Global Monthly Temperature Anomalies(GMTA). This directory includes sub-directories for GMTA data and "Readme.TMP".
