介绍一些SCILAB气象应用的资讯

        最近，MATLAB的多个版本都出现使用期将到的消息。SCILAB作为类似MATLAB的免费软件，在气象领域应用的步伐似乎并不快。我也不知道CILAB有什么明显的软肋。近年，比较后起的R语言、PYTHON在气象领域的应用发展比较快速。
        下面介绍一篇英文文献《Weather Forecasting with Scilab》所在的网页：https://scilab.io/use-cases/weather-forecasting-with-scilab/。
        英文论文《http://journals.ametsoc.org/doi/10.1175/JHM-D-14-0162.1》中也使用了PYTHON，并在其中调用了FORTRAN子程序与C子程序（http://journals.ametsoc.org/doi/10.1175/JHM-D-14-0162.1
        http://www.scilab.org/download/latest）： All models (interpolation schemes and hydrological model) are run in a Scilab environment with calls to subroutines written in C and FORTRAN.
       中国作者为第1作者的英文论文《Human Influences on Changes in the Temperature Seasonality in Mid- to High-Latitude Land Areas》（http://journals.ametsoc.org/doi/10.1175/JCLI-D-14-00821.1）也采取了SCILAB（We use the Scilab code of Ribes et al. (2013) to conduct the detection and attribution analyses.）。
