我也是注册不了，邮件回复Your registration for a sign-in with email address "xiaohuli_o@sina.com" was not completed because one or more of the required fields appear to have invalid information and you must provide valid information for all required fields. You will not be able to register with this email address unless you contact us and ask us to remove the block on it.好像是信息不全，邮箱不能用的意思，有遇到过同样情况的吗，国家选项里只有china,没有prc，请问遇到这种情况该怎么办呢？

你注册成功了么？我也没成功，而且之前的账号也被封了 我觉得应该是现在中美局势紧张 所以美国针对中国 不让我们使用气象数据

你是海洋大学的吧 你应该使用校园网连接互联网 那么说明学校给你的IP地址是固定的 也就是说你在毕业前都无法下载（自动回复：请不要使用迅雷等下载工具，点我查看下载帮助）NCEP的FNL资料了……
