SCI投稿前进行“润色”的重要性 提升录用率从重视“润色”开始 当你用中文完成了一篇高水平的科研论文,准备翻译后投稿SCI期刊之前,还需要完成非常重要且关键的一步,就是需要对翻译文章进行润色修改。很多刚刚接触SCI的人还不知道润色的重要性,往往直接忽略这个部分,很显然这样的投稿命中率是较低的。 编辑部收到作者的投稿后,编辑首先会扫描一眼文章的语言,往往就这一眼很多稿件就被拒稿了,稿件甚至到不了审稿专家的手里。因为这些语言方面的原因被拒稿实在太可惜了。
润色的好处 文章的润色,如果能交到一位精通英语的同行学者手里,不仅仅可以提高文章的语言质量,还可以提高文章内容、逻辑、结构、格式等方面的质量,对文章是从内而外的提升。这比单单交给一个不懂你文章研究内容的老外来润色,要靠谱的太多。就单单科技英语的水平而言,母语英语的老外能比的过一个写了几十篇SCI的中国学者吗? 如何选择“润色”渠道 国内的科技论文润色公司有很多,口碑也各不相同。这些公司大多是各学科都做的综合性的润色公司,润色的老师很有可能不是我们气象领域的,对我们的论文的研究内容并不熟悉,因而容易导致一些误解。在我们气象论文领域,有一家专业只做“气象论文”英语服务的,其专业性可想而知,就是飓风翻译。
