OBSGRID输出文件obs_domainxxx没有内容

最近，使用wrf模式做Observation Nudging，运行obsgrid.exe之后发现虽然有obs_domainxxx文件，但是文件里面没有内容。其余的输出文件（metoa_em*和wrfsfdda）是正常的，不明白这是怎么回事。另外，在安装编译obsgrid时候，没有安装了NCAR Graphics，因此没有生成plot level.exe和plot sounding.exe。从官网资料上看这两个exe只是画图的，并不影响obsgrid.exe运行。不知道plot level.exe和plot sounding.exe是否和生成obs_domainxxx文件有关。

obs_domainxxx没有内容是因为观测数据没有同化进去，为什么没有同化进去，这是一个谜。

已经解决了，原来是little_r格式数据中多了一个空格，粗心大意啊

楼主，同化的是地面气象站数据还是高空观测数据？
