wrf 在运行real过程中出现了error：NetCDF error但是最终显示通过了

wrf 在运行real过程中虽然出现了error：NetCDF error

最终却显示real  successful了，但是运行wrf时，中断

[c2415:mpi_rank_109][error_sighandler] Caught error: Segmentation fault (signal 11)
这是不是与前面的real运行时的错误有关？

但是shell的配置文件中有设过这个吧，下面的几句是不是跟你的目的是一致的
21 limit coredumpsize 0
22 limit stacksize unlimited
23 limit filesize unlimited
24 unlimit stacksize

我现在也是遇到这个问题，real 的时候出现 NetCDFerror ： NetCDF Variable not found， 但是最后real成功
但是运行wrf的话就会中断，怎么都无法进行下去，而且又没有报错
