【已解决】利用python下载ECMWF出错

每次运行它的时候都会出现这种错误，哪位大神知道怎么解决
WARNING: httplib2.URLError received None <urlopen error [Errno 10060] >
下面是我的脚本

多试几次就可以了

在api.py脚本中加入以下命令：
import socket
import ssl
ssl._create_default_https_context = ssl._create_unverified_context
