cartopy No module named crs

Why?明明装了cartopy啊！为什么会有这样的错误提示 import cartopy.crs as ccrs
ImportError: No module named crs

貌似网络的问题啊，重新安装一下试试

昨天早些时候也这样来着，我就重新装了python&anaconda,晚些时候conda install 就能装东西了，今天一开机又不能conda install 了，为什么连不上那个镜像网站了呢

我试了下pip install是好使的
$ pip install cartopy

Requirement already satisfied: setuptools>=0.7.2 in ./anaconda2/lib/python2.7/site-packages/setuptools-27.2.0-py2.7.egg (from cartopy)

有时候可能镜像网站维护啥的，现在能用了？

不能用，虽然装了cartopy但运行的时候还是  
import cartopy.crs as ccrs
ImportError: No module named crs
