求助：安装HDF5,check时出错

在下用的gfortran编译器，编译命令如下：
./configure FC=gfortran CC=gcc --prefix=path_hdf5 --enable-fortran --enable-cxx
错误如下：

意思是你用的是系统自带的hdf5吗

你好 请问是怎样设置的  我也遇到了这个问题 设置了zlib的路径也同样提示这个错误

你现在解决了吗？重装是不是make clean后重新装

我跟你的问题一样，我重装过了还不行，是不是直接make uninstall后重装啊

不知道你什么系统 Ubuntu的话我当时apt search hdf5 从里面找了个看着像的安装的
