版主忽略吧　我自己最后解决了　是选择１－２４选项是我电脑应该选５的　白痴错误　怪自己不仔细看　不过 ...

compile.log 文件里的错误主要分为两大类，一类是找不到一些module, can not open module file modul_io.mod,module_optional_input,wrf_data.mod,Module_ext_internal.mod,另一类是unexpected if statement on....这一类错误有很多　我安装了Ｍ４，看到有些wrf user 说是编译ｎｅｔｃｄｆ和ｗｒｆ不是一个编译器造成的不兼容问题，不知道版主有经验不，可是我之前是按这个帖子写的执行　那我怎么看编译ｎｅｔｃｄｆ是哪个编译器呢　先提前谢谢了　弄了快有３天了还没有装上　步步都有问题　才开始用ＬＩＮＵＸ非常期待回复

在第四步调试选择0后，出现
   Settings listed above are written to configure.wrf.
If you wish to change settings, please edit that file.
If you wish to change the default options, edit the file:
     arch/configure_new.defaults
grep: /home/ztftom/util/netcdf/include/netcdf.inc: 没有那个文件或目录

请问这个是什么问题呢？怎么解决？求解答啊

     arch/configure_new.defaults
grep: /home/ztftom/util/netcdf/include/netcdf.inc: 没有那个文件或目录

请问这个是什么问题呢？怎么解决？求解答啊

你的netcdf安装到正确路径了么？
你的用户名也是ztftom?!!!

不是，我的用户名是hll，netcdf是用你说的那个apt——get方式安装的，安装成功了。不过本人菜鸟一个，不知道如何看路径，还望楼主指教。

看了楼主的回复，我以为上次的错误是因为设置bashrc时添加第一行时把用户名弄错了，不过当我改过来后，依然在那一步出现以下问题：
    Settings listed above are written to configure.wrf.
If you wish to change settings, please edit that file.

grep: /home/hll/util/netcdf/include/netcdf.inc: 没有那个文件或目录

不知怎么解决？求帮助
