Windows平台上NCL的安装

在用户主目录下依次输入命令时：
ncl xy04n.ncl
出错了：

NCL是安装好的，问题是出在其它地方，”警告“

目前可能两个原因：
一个是没注册，不知道怎么注册。安装版本ncl_ncarg-5.1.0.CYGWIN_NT-5.1_i686.tar.gz时报的以上错误。
安装免注册版本ncl_ncarg-6.0.0.CYGWIN_NT-6.1_i686.tar.gz时，ncl xy04n.ncl命令不出错也不出图没反应或闪过一个黑框就消失了。
另一个是WIN7平台是否和XP有区别。在CYGWIN中startxwin.bat命令 结果显示startxwin.bat-Starting on Windows NT/2000/XP/2003。虽然都说跟window没关不过现在没法排除。
您是中国气象局的吗

不是没注册的问题，错误原因“Workstation with PID#8 is not open ”这个，和Windows版本没关系。

下了个最新版本cygwin
按http://blog.csdn.net/lionwoo/article/details/446962这个网址先将安装文件下载到本地，
然后按楼主上传的word安装方法基本就成功了 。
