input values must be in ascending latitude order
input array must be on a global grid

ncl计算涡度啥的读取就是把纬度反一下

有scale factor的变量需要用short2flt函数转换，不需要自行计算
f = addfile("air.2m.gauss.1979.nc" , "r")
t2m = short2flt( f->air )
