我使用的CentOS7，看着您的教程，再比对着http://bbs.06climate.com/forum.p ... 37293&fromuid=10435大神的帖子。发现前面类似，但因为gcc4.6还是4.8的原因，您后来使用的ioapi是3.2，上述链接用的是3.1。不知道怎么办了（到这一步，搞不定，再请教啦）。

我一开始也是看的他的教程，但后面ioapi出问题了，所以我就索性换了3.2,3.2就很稳了。

大神，我安装mpich时候，到make -j 4这一步，提示了一下内容：......(以上省略)
Configuration completed.

楼主，好不容易冲过上一个问题，进入到按照cmaq的环节，又遇到编译jproc 出了问题。按照教程操作后，结果是这样的：

（从按照cmaq开始到按照jproc。系统提示的错误，就是做预备功课--copy文件夹（mpich、netcdf、ioapi）的时候，我skip了好几个文件。不知道有没有影响到这一步）

求楼主指点迷津。

楼主，还在嘛？一步一坑的，我跑到您说的“注意2：如果一切顺利但最后出现：l: Undefined variable”这一步了。
楼主教程中说，这是因为 git branch没显示本地分支。按照楼主教程操作，到“git commit –m “louzhuhenshuai”这里。
怎么也通不过。怎么办？
提示是：
error: pathspec '–m' did not match any file(s) known to git.
error: pathspec 'louzhuzhenshuai' did not match any file(s) known to git.

你好，你git fetch然后试试看
