你的多了这几个，可能是因为下载的清单原始数据没有这几个，但是registry.chem中包括了？
我扣扣是1158946274，方便加个好友讨论一下convert_emis.F里面的东西吗？

针对第二个疑问（2. 为什么跑Prep_chem_source的时候要先chem_opt=0,再./real.exe，才能convert？），我的猜测是：为了省时间，如果开了chem_opt，因为要积分，时间会比较长。毕竟这次运行real.exe只是为了获得wrfinput_d01文件中的map projection and time等元数据。

最近在尝试使用convert_emiss.exe处理NEI emission。但是每次好像只能处理单层、12个小时。这样的话，处理三层嵌套是不是就需要重复从WPS --> real.exe -->convert_emiss.exe这样跑三次？

我问过这个问题，相关人员邮件回复这样的：
Two nested domains, more than 12 hours: —> ignore this if have one domain

Run real.exe for 00to11 and max_doms=2  to get wrbdy_d01  and wrfinput_d01 and wrfinput_d02
Run convenrt_emiss.exe for 00to11 domain 1 to get wrfchemi_00z_d01
Move wrfchemi_00z_d01 to "another name"
Move wrfinput_d02 to wrfinput_d01
Move wrfem_00to12z_d01 to "another name"
Move wrfem_00to12z_d02 to wrfem_00to12z_d01
Run convert_emiss.exe for 00to11 domian 2 to get wrfchemi00z_d01 (treat d02 as d01)
Move wrfchemi00z_d01 to wrfchemi00z_d02
Move back "another name" to wrfchemi_00z_d01
Repeat the same process for hour 12to23

OK，谢谢了！所以在run convert_emission的时候并不需要wrfbdy的信息~
我先去试运行一下nested domain的emission，有结果之后反馈给你~

用这个办法可以处理处emission，而且数据应该没问题，但是我遇到其他的问题没能跑通3 nested domain，但是两层嵌套是可以跑通的。
