用：grib_set -f -s editionNumber=1 出错：
concept: no match for paramId=260015
GRIB_API ERROR : grib_set_values[0] editionNumber (1) failed: Concept no match
这个问题一直折磨我，而换其他方法转出来的grib1文件在ungrib时都通不过！
难道问题真的无解了吗？天呐！！！

W_NAFP_C_ECMF_20180424054725_P_C1D04240000042406001的bz2数据，
用grib_copy -v -w edition=1 filename1 filename2指令提取的grib1要素成功，
但是用WPS下的ungrib.exe数据时，报下面的错

      I could not find the GRIB string in the input file
      after testing the first 100,000 bytes.

什么意思？是说在806629396字节处应该是7777？
我打开看该文件末尾是的啊！。。。。。。。。
