你好，我下使用MEGANv3.2预处理器遇到了一些，在处理growth_type是一直报错Fortran runtime error:Bad value during floating point read
不知道哪里出现了问题

是真的后来清了一下缓存，现在跑了两个月又正常了，没多大了，不知道是不是这个原因

你的执行目录下有output这个文件夹吗？
如果没有的话   你指定的csv文件怎么写出来啊。。。
报错说的是你指定输出的路径找不到  你干脆直接把输出路径写成./

我的目录下有output的文件，csv表格都出来了，只是少了growthtype的csv

CMAQv533，twoway运行，总是运行到某个时刻就中断，尝试更改了CTM_MAXSYNC和cmaq_wrf_freq，都不可以，每次都没有提示报错原因，log最后是：

CMAQv533运行，报如下错误：

看到CMAS论坛相关帖子，都说这种错误有很多原因，比如emiss，icon，bcon甚至mcip处理结果（值不合理，甚至有nan或者负值）都会产生这种错误，请问我该如何一步步排查，大家一般都是怎么判断emiss,icon,bcon以及mcip是否合理的？

或许你可以查看每一个报错文件，可能至于其中一个最下面有错误的描述

你这个不是暂停，这个阶段是程序仍然再跑，应该是正在进行反馈，但是跑的时间可能很久，建议你多等等

NZ=14是指什么呢，cmaq的层数不应该由wrf来定吗，我看我的浓度文件都是根据我前面写的层数来定的，这部分是控制什么的呢，网上一直没搜到这部分信息。
