请教用FLEXPART做水汽追踪的后处理问题

想请教各位，FLEXPART输出的文件partposit_、grid_conc_以及shortposit_等都该怎么应用呢；如果做水汽追踪的话需要用哪个或者哪几个文件来画水汽追踪的图呢；现在我只读取出了partposit_里面的变量，剩下的输出文件里面还不知道具体有什么变量，也不知道该怎么处理，麻烦大佬们指点一二，感恩！！！
以下是用ncl查看的grid_conc文件以nc格式输出的内容，不知道这里面的变量的含义及该怎么应用

好像要自己修改一个species文件，调整它的物理参数让它能描述水汽
