运行./metgrid.exe出错

求各位大神指点指点，我运行./metgrid.exe出现以下错误：

ERROR: Error in ext_pkg_write_field
我在网上看到了解决这一问题的方法：1.升级WPS4.0；2.磁盘空间不足，更换存储路径或增加容量；3.可能是存储文件没有权限，输入chmod 777。
可是我三种方式都尝试过了，仍然出现这个问题
请各位大神帮帮忙！！
