超低空急流LLJs

低空急流LLJs定义，读了多篇论文，有的说1000m以下最大风速超过10m/s，并且在最大风速以上或者是以下减少至少2m/s，我知道想反应垂直风切变比较强，我就想问这最大风速以上或以下的高度是多高，在10米高度内减少2m/s还是100m高度内减少2m/s，又或者是别的高度范围内？

看的杜宇老师的是当 600 hPa 以下存在超过 10 m/s的极大值，且与极大值所在层以上的极小值相差3 m/s（若极小值所在高度大于 600 hPa 则以 600 hPa 风速替代）以上，则认为该点上有低空急流出现。应该是用上下不同气压层，只要是个极值就能算？
