为什么time step大于最小域的6x才能转的起来

如题，设置了两个domain，time_step设置为domain的小于等于6x转不起来，大于才能转的起来，那这样的结果还是可靠的吗，请各位前辈指教，我的namelist和研究区域图放在下方了：

timestep没有一个绝对的规矩，6x只能说是相对
分辨率越高，为了适应cfl, 倍数会越小

嗯嗯，谢谢前辈指点，我最小domain是3Km分辨率的，按照这个意思不是设置timestep<=18都可以吗，我现在<=18转不起来，大于18才行，请问这是为什么呢
