开启opl后，考虑地形，即opl=t时，会有地形的作用，opl=f时不考虑地形的作用。测试除了大地形区域有mask效果，其他环流结果差异不大
手册中解释：
The GrADS basic state cbs is necessary for converting ln Ps to Ps and also σ level datato the pressure data. If you want to obtain the σ, but not pressure, level data, specify opl=f.
opl = t (true)
→ 输出转换到 pressure level，即常见的大气压强层 (1000, 850, 500 hPa 等)。
opl = f (false)
→ 输出保持在 σ 层坐标，不做坐标变换。
