你系统是fedora的吗？

我的 是Cent OS，是红帽的在编译版本。
我都是指定安装路径的。

我后来换4.1.1版本，安装成功了，也没有做其他的。

configure就不行不知道为什么

自定义安装路径是 ./configure --disable-netcdf-4 --prefix=/usr/local/netcdf .把prefix后面的路径换成你需要的路径
